Here’s how the Balls System works:
1. Individual Player Performance
Your players score points based on their individual actions during the game:
- Goal Scored: +6 points
- Assist: +4 points
- Participation (60+ minutes): +2 points
- Clean Sheet (Goalkeepers/Defenders): +4 points
- Goalkeeper Save: +1 point for every 3 saves
- Missed Penalty Kick: -2 points
- Own Goal: -2 points
- Yellow Card: -1 point
- Red Card: -3 points
2. Team Performance
The performance of the team your player is on also affects their score:
- Team Win (Player participates for 60+ minutes): +3 points
- Team Draw: +1 point
- Team Defeat: 0 points
3. Team Captain Bonus
The captain of your team has a doubled score! Choose your captain wisely to maximize points every week.
4. Bonuses for Special Achievements
Extraordinary contributions are rewarded with additional points:
- Best Player of the Match: +5 points
- Game-Winning Contribution (e.g., game-winning goal): +3 points
- Hat-Trick: +6 bonus points
- More than 5 Goalkeeper Saves: +3 points
- Player Efficiency Rating (Based on OPTA or similar data):
- Rating 7.5–8.0: +1 point
- Rating 8.1–8.5: +2 points
- Rating 8.6+: +3 points
5. Penalties
Certain actions will cause your score to drop:
- Conceded Goals (Goalkeepers/Defenders): -1 point per goal conceded
- Penalty Caused: -3 points
